Senergy administrators looking to monitor performance or collect troubleshooting data may find it useful to review Senergy's log files and the Runtime Configuration report Senergy can produce.
Component Log Files
The following is the default location for the log files kept by each of Senergy's components. These may be changed (along with other logging settings) by each component's configuration utility.
- Engine: %ProgramData%\Condrey Corporation\Senergy\Engine\log
- Agent: %ProgramData%\Condrey Corporation\Senergy\Agent\log
- Event Monitor: %ProgramData%\Condrey Corporation\Senergy\Event\log
Runtime Config Report
The Runtime Config Report contains a dump of Engine, Agent, and Event Monitor configuration details; policies and action blocks; queued events; and more. It is useful both as a troubleshooting document and as an archive of configuration data.
To generate a Runtime Config report, log in to the Senergy Admin Client and select Runtime on the 'Engine' tab. In the 'Options' drop-down, select the details which should be included in the report. Then click Export Runtime. Once the report is generated, you can select that report or a previous report and click Save to save it as a text file (.txt). Double-clicking a report in the list will attempt to open that report in your default text editor on your system.
