Some members of the Senergy Admins group are unable to log in to the Senergy Admin Client.
To authenticate through the Senergy Engine (via the Admin Client), users must have the "Log on as a batch job" Local Security Privilege on the Engine server. By default, Windows servers joined to a domain grant this privilege to 'Administrators' and other groups; and the local 'Administrators' group, by default, includes the "Domain Admins" Active Directory group. In practice, most Senergy administrators are also members of "Domain Admins". However, this may not be true in all environments; and administrators may also have restricted which users and groups are granted this privilege, either directly or via Group Policy. Due to the security implications of this privilege, the Senergy Engine configuration utility does not grant the Senergy Admins group (or any other group) the "Log on as a batch job" LSA privilege on the Engine server.
Grant these users the "Log on as a batch job" Local Security Privilege, according to your organization's internal security requirements.
